Planning your visit to Buddie’s Play Den?
We’ve gathered answers to the most common questions families ask about our Chesterfield soft play centre — including booking, safety, birthday parties, and our café. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or you’re one of our regulars, this page should help you find everything you need to make your visit fun, safe, and stress-free.

Refund Policy:
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds beyond 24 hours prior to the start of a Buddie’s play session. This includes but is not limited to sensory, messy play and party/themed sessions. For birthday parties, the £50 deposit is non-refundable.
Do you have a car park?
Yes we have. The car park can be found at the front of the building with parking for at least 10 cars, there is also free parking at the shops across the road.
Do you have refreshments available?
Yes we have an on-site cafe offering a wide range of hot/cold food and drinks for adults and children. Including vegan and other dietary requirements.
Can I book on an older or younger child?
You are able to book on an older or younger child into any of our sessions, the ages that we specify are a guide only. However we would recommend trying to stick to the age group that your child is in, so that we can make sure that the activities that we provide are tailored to their age.
Parent(s) / Carer(s) Responsibilities:
Whilst attending Buddie’s sessions, parent(s) / carer(s) are fully responsible for the care of their child(ren). Parent(s) / carer(s) must remain with their child(ren) at all times whilst accessing the activities provided. Some activities include edible elements, therefore anything consumed by the child(ren) is at the discretion and full responsibility of the parent(s) / carer(s). If there are any uncertainties, please raise these with a member of staff. If Buddie’s staff are informed of any allergies, we will do our upmost to cater for these needs.
